Medellín as the only distance reference

The remaining nine are farther away, in places like Necoclí, on the Gulf of Urabá. No other big city appears as a reference on this page. If you're coming from Bogotá, the coast or the Eje Cafetero, the practical thing is to take Medellín as your base and from there look toward the east, the north or the southwest.

This one stays within Antioquia and reaches the far corners of the department. That's the difference.
