1. Who operates glampings.co

glampings.co is a website operated by Glampings BV, with its registered address at Oude Oeverstraat 120-6, 6811 JZ Arnhem, the Netherlands and registration number 86746103 with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) (“glampings.co” or “we”). glampings.co is part of Glampings.com. You can write to us at [email protected].

2. What glampings.co is

glampings.co is a directory and information site about glamping sites and tourist accommodations in Colombia. We show listings of accommodations with public data and with the information their owners send us, and we make it easy for travelers to contact the accommodation directly, for example via WhatsApp.

glampings.co is not a travel agency, a tour operator or a booking intermediary. We do not sell accommodation, we do not confirm bookings, we do not receive payments from guests and we do not charge a commission per booking.

3. Bookings, payments and stays

Availability, price, payment, cancellation terms and the stay are agreed directly between the guest and the accommodation. The accommodation contract is between them; glampings.co is not a party to that contract.

The WhatsApp button opens a conversation between you and the accommodation with a suggested message. You decide whether to send it. We do not see or store that conversation.

Each accommodation is responsible for the service it provides and for its legal obligations, such as its registration in the National Tourism Registry (Registro Nacional de Turismo), invoicing and taxes. Complaints about a stay, a payment or a cancellation must be addressed to the accommodation. If you believe that a listed accommodation is acting in bad faith, let us know and we will review its listing.

4. Information in the listings

Listings are built with data from the National Tourism Registry, with what the accommodation publishes (its website or its social media) and with the information its owners send us. We try to keep them up to date, but we do not guarantee that the information is complete or accurate, nor the availability, prices or terms of any accommodation. Always confirm the details with the accommodation before booking.

• “From” prices are references published by the accommodation and may have changed.
• Distances are approximate, in a straight line from the center of the municipality.
• Landscape illustrations are drawings, not photos of the accommodation. Photos are only published with authorization (see the photo policy).
• The order of the listings is not a recommendation or a rating. Listings with a Premium plan may appear in a featured position.

5. RNT number

We show each accommodation’s National Tourism Registry (RNT) number as it appears published in that registry on the date of consultation. The “RNT verified” badge indicates that we found the number in the public registry. It is not a certification of quality or safety, and the registration status may change. If you see an incorrect number, write to us.

6. Correction and removal of listings

If you are the owner or representative of an accommodation, you can ask us to correct or remove its listing at any time by writing to [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +573009130364. We remove the listing within a maximum of 3 business days. We may ask you to prove your relationship with the accommodation.

We may also correct, remove or not publish a listing when the information is incorrect, when we cannot confirm a current registration, or for another justified reason.

7. Owners: claiming a listing

To claim a listing you must be the owner or representative of the accommodation, or be authorized by it. We may verify that relationship before accepting the request and reject requests we cannot verify.

What you send us (data, texts and photos) must be true and may not infringe the rights of third parties. For photos, the authorization described in the photo policy applies.

If you connect your accommodation’s Instagram professional account (this is optional), you authorize us to store a copy of your recent posts so that you can choose from them, and to display, free of charge and on a non-exclusive basis, the ones you choose and, if you enable that option with Premium, your new posts. This authorization applies only to your accommodation’s listing on glampings.co, with our design and with a link to the post on Instagram, for as long as the connection is active; we do not use those posts on other pages, in newsletters or on social media. You declare that you hold the rights to that content or have the permission of its authors and of the people who appear in it. You can disconnect Instagram whenever you want; we then remove it from your listing and delete the copies immediately.

8. Plans for owners

Claiming and publishing an accommodation’s listing on glampings.co is free. The free profile includes up to 10 booking requests (a guest who writes to you via WhatsApp from your listing, with their dates). We do not charge anything without your prior approval. If we offer additional options in the future, we will inform you of their terms beforehand.

9. Use of the site

You may use glampings.co to search for accommodations and contact them. It is not permitted to copy the content massively or by automated means, to use the site to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to access non-public parts. The texts, illustrations, design and the glampings.co brand are ours; the photos of the accommodations belong to their rights holders.

10. Links to other sites

Listings may link to the accommodation’s website, social media or other channels. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

11. Liability

We are liable for what corresponds to us under the law. We are not liable for the accommodation service, for agreements between guest and accommodation, or for third-party information that we cannot verify. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

12. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date. If a change affects a Premium subscription, we notify you before it applies.
