What to ask before sleeping in a cupola
The dome's shape brings its own questions. Canvas lets sound and temperature through, so ask what they do to cool it when the sun beats down and to warm it when night falls, whether there is a fan, heater, or fireplace. If the cupola has a transparent panel, find out which way it faces and whether it has a curtain. Confirm whether you have a bathroom under the same cupola or in a separate building, and whether the jacuzzi is inside or on the terrace. Also ask whether the cupola is on a raised platform and what the path from the parking lot is like, especially if you arrive at night.
