No. glampings.co charges no commission per booking and never receives the guest's payment. The guest messages you on WhatsApp and you agree on price, payment and terms directly. ### What is the RNT and why do you show it? The Registro Nacional de Turismo (National Tourism Registry) is the mandatory registration for providing tourism services in Colombia, such as accommodation. Law 2068 of 2020, Colombia's general tourism law, requires tourism platforms to show each property's RNT number, and Airbnb and Booking already do. We show your number exactly as it appears in the public registry: it builds trust with travelers who don't know you yet. If it's out of date, let us know and we'll fix it. ### How do you use my photos? We only publish photos with your permission, once you confirm they are yours or that you have the photographer's permission. You choose which ones. Until then, your listing shows an illustration. Let us know and we'll remove your listing from glampings.co within 3 business days. If you only want to correct details or remove photos, we can do that too. ### Where does the information on my listing come from? From the National Tourism Registry (RNT) and from what the property publishes itself, such as its website or social media. That's why some details may be incomplete or out of date. When you claim your listing, you review and correct them. ### Does glampings.co handle bookings or payments? No. We are a directory: the traveler messages you on WhatsApp, and the booking, payment and stay are arranged directly with you. We don't charge the traveler anything.
